  • Consent to Public Distribution and Website Upload: The Provider affirms that they have obtained written consent from all individuals depicted in the content to allow for public distribution and uploading of the content on the Website.
  • Consent for Content Downloading: The Provider affirms that they have obtained written consent from all individuals depicted in the content if the content will be made available for downloading by other users.

Verification of Identity and Age

The Provider shall verify the identity and age of all individuals depicted in the content, ensuring that they are adults. The Provider agrees to maintain records of this verification process and provide supporting documents upon request by FANPICS LIMITED.

Representations and Warranties

  • The Provider represents and warrants that they have the right, authority, and consent to submit the content to FANPICS LIMITED for usage as per this Agreement.
  • The Provider represents and warrants that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Indemnification

The Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FANPICS LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Provider’s breach of this Agreement or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the user registration date and remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, the Provider shall cease submitting any further content to FANPICS LIMITED.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Content Removal

This Content Removal Policy outlines the procedure for the removal of content on fanpics.uk that involves individuals who have not given consent or whose consent is void under applicable law. We prioritize the rights and privacy of individuals depicted in our content and offer an appeals process for them to request the removal of such content.
